A SMALL START IS A GOOD START
Your first steps.
Try a life. Find one useful thing. Then make a space of your own.
01 / GET A FEEL FOR IT
A three-minute tour.
Use Maya’s fictional workspace to explore without entering personal information. Links open the app in another tab, so you can keep this guide beside you.
Look at the daily focus, North Star and dock. Open a file to see the note behind the view.
Open Maya’s desktop ↗Review the suggested question and press Ask. Local answers use the demo notes; live AI is optional.
What should I focus on today? ↗See the agents’ roles and how they work together. These are role descriptions and workflows; automatic execution needs connected tools.
Explore the agent chart ↗

Checkmarks are saved only in this browser. They do not change any demo notes.A DAILY PRACTICE
Give today a little direction.
Open My day in the app header. Set an intention, choose up to three priorities, capture thoughts and reflect on one win. Press Save changes (or ⌘S / Ctrl+S) to keep your entries. These are your own entries, separate from demo lives, and are never sent to AI.
Open My day ↗This week lets you browse earlier weeks and see recorded days, completed steps and wins. History searches your writing and can filter unfinished steps or reflections. Export this day saves one date as a restorable JSON file. Daily entries have their own JSON backup and Markdown export in History & backups. They are not part of a vault ZIP. You can review and restore a daily backup from a file or pasted JSON; existing dates are kept by default. Select “Replace matching dates” only if you want the backup version instead. Keep backups before clearing site data. You can hide the My day header button in Settings → Visibility & demo → Main navigation.
Use Customize this homepage in the homepage footer to hide sections. Show everything restores them. These choices stay in this browser and are separate from the app’s Desktop customization.
02 / MAKE IT YOURS
One minute. Your own starting point.
Give your name, the chapter you’re in and a few priorities. Your starter is saved in this browser. To edit the Markdown files, export the ZIP, unzip it, and open the folder in an editor such as Obsidian. No AI account is needed for this first step.
Already have an Obsidian or Markdown folder? Import it through setup. You choose the files; opening this website does not give it access to your disk. Imported folders and GitHub vaults must be reopened after a reload; their original files remain where you kept them.
03 / KEEP IT CLOSE
An app on the device you use.
Open the browser app first, then follow the instructions for your device. Installation uses this website’s local workspace; it does not add automatic cloud sync.
iPhone or iPad
Open the app in Safari. Tap Share, choose Add to Home Screen, then Add. If offered, enable Open as Web App.
Mac
Open the app in Safari. On supported macOS versions, choose File → Add to Dock. In Chrome or Edge, use the install icon or browser menu when offered.
The separate native Mac installer is still paused pending Developer ID signing and Apple notarization. You do not need to bypass macOS security to use the browser app.
Android or Windows
Open the app in Chrome or Edge, then use Install app or Add to Home screen from the browser menu. Availability depends on the browser.
Load the app online before trying it offline. Previously cached pages can be available offline; AI services, new imports from GitHub and uncached media need a connection.
04 / KEEP WHAT MATTERS
Your browser is not a backup.
- Open your own life in the app.
- Go to Settings → Editing & backups → Download a backup.
- Save the ZIP somewhere you can find again, such as a folder you already back up.
- Unzip it and check that your Markdown notes are present before clearing site data or changing devices.
A vault ZIP contains the notes and pictures the app can read. It is not a complete copy of every browser preference, coaching conversation or external service. Keep separate exports where those features offer them.
Moving from Socratis or another device?
Each website address, browser and device can have its own local workspace. Export your vault at the old address and import the unzipped folder on the new one. Keep the original until you have checked the imported notes. Signing in does not automatically move browser data.
05 / CLEAR EXPECTATIONS
What you can use today.
- Ready in the browser
- Desktop and other enabled views, labelled demo lives, five-question setup, Markdown imports, local note-based Ask and vault ZIP exports.
- Requires your setup
- Live AI coaching and provider-based voice features need a working connection and configuration. Browser speech support varies. Review what is shared before connecting.
- Requires an external host
- Automation plans, heartbeat schedules and agent roles describe the workflow. Background jobs require a connected scheduler or agent host; the website alone does not run them while closed.
- Not generally available yet
- Automatic cloud sync and the signed, notarized native Mac download. Use the browser app and export backups in the meantime.
